How to start a return or claim
- Email contact@stampshop.online with your order number and the reason.
- We reply within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday) with return instructions or a resolution.
- Once your return is received, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged, short or lost shipments
- Damaged on arrival: contact us within 14 days with photos of the packaging and contents — we replace or refund, your choice.
- Something missing: report it within 14 days of delivery and we make it right immediately.
- Lost in transit: tracked shipments that show no movement are investigated with the carrier, then re-shipped or refunded.
