1. Who we are

StampShop is an independent online retailer of genuine, unused United States postage stamps. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of the United States Postal Service. USPS and Forever are trademarks of the U.S. Postal Service.

2. Products

  • All products are genuine, unused USPS postage sourced through verified U.S. liquidation channels and inspected before sale.
  • Forever Stamps always cover the current First-Class Mail one-ounce rate, regardless of the year they were printed.
  • We do not sell replicas, reproductions or used stamps.

3. Orders & pricing

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay — standard U.S. shipping is free.
  • An order is accepted when we confirm shipment; if an item proves unavailable we will notify you and refund that portion in full.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or placed in error, with a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal through a secure, encrypted checkout. Card details are processed by PCI-compliant payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

6. Website content

Text, images and design of this site are the property of StampShop or used with permission. Catalog images of stamp designs are used to describe the products offered for sale; the stamp designs themselves remain the property of the United States Postal Service.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
